and its frustrating because there ARE many people I live with now that do not see the point in laughing at anything; themselves, jokes in general, anything!!....
I've read that laughing reduces stress because it reduces stress producing hormones (hormones that produce stress? really?) and activate the release of happy hormones ( again..really??)... anyway I BELIEVE IT, because after a long hard laugh, not only do I FEEL like I have a six pack, =D, I feel ready to see the funny in everything, even in homework and assignments
